After arriving at Narita airport go to hotel not far from the airport. You can catch the shuttle bus and go to Aeon Mall, have dinner there or buy something to bring back. Then you can rest early for the starting of the tour next morning.

After checking out of the hotel we go to Ibaraki pref., visit the Ushiku Daibutsu, a bronze statue that stands about 120m tall(equal to a 38-story building), and one of the top three tallest statues in the world. Next go to Hitachi Seaside Park, main is the hills covered with Nemophila (baby blue eyes) flower. Then go to hotel and check in. For those that want to see the nighttime lighted up Ashikaga Flower Park, can take you.

After checking out of the hotel we go to Ashikaga Flower Park in Tochigi pref., a large park area famous for the wisteria(fuji), wisteria tunnel, as well as many other flowers. Next ride the shinkansen and go to Morioka and to the hotel.

Before leaving Morioka go to see the Rock-Breaking (Splitting) Cherry Tree, about 400 years old Edo Higan sakura tree growing out of a granite boulder. Next taking the Hachimantai Aspite Line, it is a long mountain sightseeing road that runs through Towada-Hachimantai National Park. See the high walls of hardened snow on both sides of the road. Lunch is “Kiritanpo,” a famous Akita pref. local delicacy.  Next visit the Akita Dog Museum before going to the hotel.

From Odate go to Hirosaki, a castle town & the castle grounds (Hirosaki park) is famous place in Japan for it’s many varieties of sakura trees. After go to a museum where you can listen to the Tsugaru shamisen performance. Next visit Takayama Inari Shrine, dedicated to Shinto God Inari Okami of old to good harvests, safe seagoing, & business prosperity. Noted for the many red torii that lines up along it's path giving a beautiful natural scenery.Then go to hotel.

After checking out of the hotel visit the Nebuta Museum which is dedicated to the city’s famous Nebuta festival. Next visit the Hachishoku ichiba, a large market with many fresh seafoods.  Try their fresh seafoods for lunch or something else. Next visit Kabushima Shinto shrine, to honor the black-tailed seagulls which many nest nearby.

After going to Kuji station, catch a train on the Sanriku Railway looking at the nice long stretch of coastal views, then arrive at Miyako station. Full restoration of service on the lines was completed in 2014 with new diesel railcars. Next go to Jodogahama (Pure Land Beach), one of the most famous places of scenic beauty on the Rikuchu coast.

From Kamaishi go to Rikuzen-Takata and see the “Miracle Solitary Pine Tree” the only one that was left standing after the disaster. But that tree died as a result of the environmental changes in the area. What you can see now is a artificially restored one as a monument marking the anniversary of the 2011 tsunami. Next go to Minamisanriku, a temporary shopping mall with portable stalls built after the damage received by the tsunami in 2011. Then go to hotel.

From Ishinomaki go to Matsushima, one of three Japan’s Great Views. Enjoy a leisurely sightseeing boat cruise and see the surrounding natural sceneries. Next visit Zao Fox Village, many fox are been taken cared there. Then go to see Goshikinuma, a cluster of five colored volcanic lakes & ponds located at the foot of Mt. After checking out from the hotel visit Ouchijuku, it was a former post town along the Aizu-Nishi Kaido trade route which connected Aizu with Nikko during the Edo period. Next visit Nikko Toshogu, a highly decorated shrine complex & the final resting place of Tokugawa Ieyasu. Then go to a strawberry farm and enjoy picking & eating as many as you can within set time. From Nikko go to Utsunomiya and visit Oya History Museum, in the cave underground museum has exhibits and galleries, also has underground space for events.  Next go to Narita's Omotesando, a road lined with shops, eating place leading up to Narita-san Shinsho-ji temple. And then go to Aeon Mall before going to the airport for your departure flight.
