Check out of hotel go to Sakai city famous for their knives, visit Sakai Knife Museum. Next go to Sakai Plaza of Rikyu, learn & experience the Japanese tea. Then go to Kobe, for lunch is Kobe beef. Hotel accommodation is at Miyazu.

After leaving the hotel go to Ine, a small quiet fishing town. Ride a boat to see the Funaya (boathouses), traditional fisherman's houses around the beautiful curve of Ine Bay. Next visit Amanohashidate, one of three Japan’s best scenic views. The natural-made sandbar is located in Miyazu Bay. Then visit the Tango Chirimen (silk fabric) History Museum, experience making coasters. Return to same hotel.

Check out of hotel go to Obama city in Fukui pref., famous for their style of Japanese lacquer chopsticks. Experience making your own design on your chopstick to keep. Next see the view of the Mikata Goko (Five lakes of Mikata), they are a series of brackish and freshwater lakes. Then visit Sabae eyeglass production factory, about 95% Japan-made glass frames are produced from Sabae city. Hotel accommodation at Yamanaka onsen.

From the hotel visit the Nippon Origami Museum, displays a lot of origami items including those that won prizes in various competitions. There is also the world's tiniest paper crane you need to look through a microscope. Next visit Okashijo Kagahan, a traditional sweet maker, japanese sweet factory and shop. Then visit Kaga Traditional Handicrafts Village, experience making Washi Japanese paper, experience Soba making.  Return to same hotel.

After check out of hotel visit Ninjadera (Ninja temple), aka Myoryuji . Actually not associated with ninjas, the temple’s defenses include hidden tunnels, secret rooms, traps and corridors, staircases. Was built as a prayer place and shield for Lord Maeda and family in case of a sudden attack. Next visit Kenrokuen, one of three Japan’s great gardens along with Kairakuen and Korakuen. It used to be the outer garden of the nearby Kanazawa castle for Lord Maeda. Then visit Higashi Chayagai, a well-preserved historical geisha area which was an entertainment district for rich merchants and noble men. From the hotel go to Chirihama Nagisa Driveway, this Chirihama beach is the only beach in Japan where you can drive your car on the sand. Next go to Wajima Morning Market with a history of over 1000 years, selling fresh vegetables & fruits, fresh seafood, and items from that area. Next see Senmaida, a thousand terraced rice paddies on slopes. See the view of Suzu Misaki, a point and is northeast of Kongozaki, north of Sozaki and east of Yamabushiyama. Then visit the Hanayome Noren Museum (Bridal Curtain museum), it is a bridal custom started at the end of the Edo and Meiji periods. On the occasion of marriage, the curtain is hung at the entrance of the Buddhist altar room in the groom's house and the bride goes through it. Return to same hotel.

MATSUMOTO DORMY INN HOTEL

 

Check out of hotel, go to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route to view the snow walls at Murodo. Next go to Kurobe Dam, a variable-radius arch-style dam on the Kurobe river in Toyama pref. It supports the 335MW Kurobe no.4 Hydropower plant and is owned by Kansai Electric Power Co. At 186 meters in height, it is the tallest dam in Japan. Then visit the Daio Wasabi Farm in rural Azumino near Matsumoto, built in 1915 is the largest wasabi farm in Japan.  Hotel in Matsumoto.

After checking out of the hotel visit Kirin Beer Yokohama Factory, at the end you can sample the beers they have to offer. Next go to Toyosu, the new location for Tsukiji market now open.
