From the hotel we go to see the Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel often called the underground temple, it is the world’s largest underground flood water diversion facility built to mitigate overflowing of the city’s major waterways and rivers during rain & typhoon seasons. Lunch is your choice at restaurant. Then we go to Tsuki Shrine (Rabbit Shrine) for Hatsumode. The zodiac in 2023 is a rabbit. Next go to Strawberry Farm Aoki for strawberry picking, 30 minutes all you can eat. Then we go to hotel. In the evening we go to see AshikagaFlower Park illumination light-up. |

From the hotel we go to Gunma Safari Park. Let's get on the feeding bus, you can feed herbivores and lions from the bus and also see the rare white tiger. Then we visit Kamisato Cantare, a variety of sweet shops sells direct from the factory. There are also outlet sweets you can buy at lower cost. Lunch is your choice at restaurant. Next go to Takasaki, Japan’s no.1 production of daruma. Experience painting a face on your own lucky charm daruma. Then we go to hotel. |

From the hotel we go to Japan’s no. 1 famous Koshihikari rice town of Uonuma. Visit Uonuma no Sato and take a tour of Hakkaisan “Yukimuro”. Yukimuro is a natural way refrigerator, yukimuro method of storing food at low temperatures, using the abundant snow provided by nature has been used traditionally in the snowy region of Uonuma for centuries, where the sake is matured and chilled in their yukimuro. After three years the sake becomes round and very smooth. From the cold of the snow alone, temperature is naturally kept stable at 3 degrees Celsius without the use of electricity. Enjoy sake-tasting after the tour. Then we visit Okome no Gakko (Rice Museum). We can learn how to make the best quality Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. Lunch is Uonuma rice set meal. After lunch we go to a strange festival of Niigata, the Mukonage Festival. It is a small village event when a daughter (bride-to-be) is taken from another village showing retaliation to the groom that comes for New Year’s greetings they throw him from a cliff over 5 meters on to the snow below, it’s a traditional event. Then we return to same hotel. |

From the hotel go to Nishikigoi no Sato in Ojiya city. The city of Ojiya is the birthplace of Nishikigoi carps & is the only place in the world where a wide variety of live Nishikigoi can be seen and on display along with information showing the history of their improvements. Next visit Ojiya Industrial Hall, you can experience weaving coaster with the Ojiya textile.Then we visit Teradomari Fish Market Street, a market lined with seafood and souvenir shops. The street is also commonly known as “Sakana no Ameyoko". Lunch is specialty Crab Ramen. Next visit Shirone Kite Museum, various kites are on display and there is the demonstration by a kite painter. Then we go to hotel in Tsukioka onsen, it is said you can become more beautiful using their hot spring. | × |

From the hotel we go to Tsubame-Sanjo, famous as a production town. Visit Marunao (chopsticks, forks and spoons production factory) and Tojiro (the kitchen knife workshop) Tour the workshops, tour the workshops. Then visit Tsubame Industrial Materials Museum. We can experience to make Cup tsuchime hammering, using a hammer to add elegant tsuchime dimpling to the surface of a provided copper cup. Next go to Tsubame-Sanjo Local Center, a souvenir shop where you can find products made in Tsubame-Sanjo. Lunch is your choice at restaurant. Then return to same hotel. | × |

From the hotel we go to Niigata’s Senbei Kingdom, where rice is famous in Niigata and visit a senbei factory & shop. Then go to Murakami, famous town for salmon. Visit Iyoboya Kaikan, it is a salmon museum. Iyoboya means salmon in Murakami language. Next visit Sennensake Kikkawa, a salmon specialty store that has been around for 400 years. You can see lots of salmon hanging from the ceiling and you can buy a variety of salmon items. Lunch is a Salmon cuisine. Then we go to the hotel in Kurosawa onsen. | × |

From the hotel we go to Sakata, a famous town in the drama “Oshin”. Visit Sankyo Soko Storehouse which was used to store rice from the late 19th century and Shonai Rice History Museum with displays about rice cultivation history in the area. Lunch is your choice at restaurant. Next visit Somaro, a ryotei (luxurious traditional restaurant) from the Edo period and watch a maiko dance performance. After the performance you can take photo together with the maiko. Then return to same hotel. |

From the hotel we go to ride Zao Ropeway, see the mountains & trees covered with heavy snow called Juhyo (snow monsters). Lunch is Yonezawa beef sukiyaki, a sukiyaki pot is set per person. Then we visit Miyauchi station to meet bunny stationmaster Mochy. Next visit Aizu castle also known as Tsuruga castle, it is beautiful with the snow covered. Then we go to hotel in Higashiyama onsen. | × |

From the hotel we go to Lake Inawashiro and see the swans that gather during the cold season. Then we go to Ouchijuku, a Edo period post town with thatched roof houses lined up. Lunch is Ouchijuku's specialty Negisoba. In place of chopstick you eat with the green onion stalk. Not cutting the green onion represents wishing for the prosperity of the descendants. Next visit Aizu Bukeyashiki (samurai residence), it is a historical site of reconstructed samurai residences of the Edo period. Then we return to same hotel. | × |

After checkout of the hotel we go to Joyful Honda shopping place, it is said they have just about anything. Later in the afternoon go to Narita airport for your departure flight to Honolulu. |
